Ok who’s with me? You find that perfect shirt when you are out shopping and you hang it front and center in your closet but you don’t wear it because you are saving it for that special occasion? Weeks and weeks go by (sometimes months) and the prized shirt is still hanging there because you just didn’t have the right event to wear it to. YUP! This was one of those shirts! I actually got 3 of those “can’t wait to wear” shirts this season. You already saw two of them here and here. This was the final one! Summer had her ballet recital and I knew this would be perfect to wear.
Cold shoulder tops are especially great if you don’t want off the shoulder. This one is light and airy and has the prettiest blue and white stripes. Paired with my good ol faithful jeans in my favorite wash. Love seeing so many of my readers running out to American Eagle to try jeans!

Did anyone notice the new bag? Ok here is a little tip for my bag lovin girlfriends! BUY SECONDHAND and don’t think twice about it! I mean if you can buy new that’s great, but over the years designers have just gotten so expensive. I think a lot of people hesitate to buy secondhand because they don’t know if they are getting a fake or a real bag and they feel funny using a bag someone else had. Don’t! I’m going to list the sites I buy my bags from and trust me…you can discover pre-loved bags that were barely used. I got this Louis Vuitton Delightful this season and it’s less than a year old. Perfect condition and I saved $500 by getting it secondhand.

Hope everyone is having a great week. Fingers crossed we start to get some warm and sunny days ahead. We have the heater in our pool on full blast but the air temp is still too cold! It doesn’t stop Summer from wanting to swim though. Kids. They are so brave!
