I have to start this post off with heart felt prayers for those in the Caribbean and Florida who have all been effected by Irma. I haven’t stopped watching the coverage and the devastation just breaks my heart. I have close family in Florida as I know many others do and I’m praying for all our friends and family.
While we are having wonderful weather in NJ right now I am starting to add more fall pieces to my wardrobe and the cool nights are calling for my favorite fall piece, the cardigan. This cardigan is popping up all over so I was hesitant to buy it. I said what the heck though and got it. And let me tell you..it’s good. Really good! You all know how I love Free People and this cardigan did not disappoint. It was more than I usually spend on a cardigan but it was worth the price.
It’s unbelievably cozy and well made. From pairing with jeans and over dresses you’ll get a ton of use out of this one.
We all have those pieces in our closet that we wear year after year, some being like 10 years old. This will easily be that cardigan. I know we will have many, many years of wear together! Can you tell I get very attached to certain pieces?! LOL!
If you can’t bring yourself to splurge on the Free People cardi then get this one. I also have this and it’s super cozy!
And because what girl doesn’t love options…here are some other cardigans I’m also currently loving.
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Summer and I went to our friend’s annual puppy party. I’ve been a part of this dog group of mostly maltese for over 10 years and almost every year we have a get together with the pups. When I was pregnant these wonderful ladies threw me a surprise baby shower at that year’s puppy party so it was fun to have Summer there this year and really seeing her interact with all the pups.
