Saturday was the first day it truly felt like fall here. Crisp air from morning to night. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than by going sunflower picking! Sunflowers have always been my favorite flower and this is something I’ve always wanted to do.
We drove west about a half hour to Happy Day Farm to their annual sunflower festival. Seeing all these happy flowers in fields was so fun! We caught a little bit of sun but for the most part the cloudy skies didn’t do these photos justice.
They had so many fun activities for the kids there. My favorite was the pig races. Which by the way I want a miniature pig! Seriously, the cutest!
Last weekend we were in the pool and this weekend we had to literally layer up. It was so chilly. This sweater was perfect once I added a blanket scarf for warmth! This one lays nice in a triangle or over your shoulders. Love the colors in it.
My UGGS are old (like SO old). They are the classic tall but last year I bought new inserts for them and started rolling them down and I feel like I have a completely new pair now!
