Favorite Forever 21 Clothing for Spring

Forever 21 Clothing Picks:

Hi friends! Hoping you all had a great weekend. I took Summer ice skating with my Mom yesterday. I haven’t skated in years but my lessons as a kid paid off because 1. I didn’t fall and 2. I could still spin and 3. By the end I was able to teach Summer to skate without using the walker! “Best mom ever” as Summer would say haha! Today on the blog I am rounding up some of my favorite Forever 21 clothing picks. Think florals, lace, and lots of sweet delicate prints.

I had talked about retailers like Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe in old blog posts. You cannot rule these retailers out as great places to get trendy inexpensive pieces for every season. Granted these pieces are not going to last years but they will expand your seasonal wardrobe and let you try out trending pieces without breaking the bank. I am all about basics and classic pieces but I love adding new trends and mixing highs and lows.  These stores allow you to do that affordably.

Things to keep in mind when shopping at Forever 21:

99% of the time you’ll want to size up. Their items tend to run small.

They have great accessories. Makeup bags, jewelry, hair accessories, socks, hats, scarves and love their cropped camisoles. I have these in every color and they are like $6/piece. Perfect under dresses or button down shirts when you don’t want your bra to show but you don’t want a tank to have to tuck in.

I have found some sweaters that were well made but their silk shirts and bodysuits are some of my favorites.

This top was so reasonable at only $15.90. I tied it up since I paired it with high waisted jeans but it looks equally cute untied. Florals for spring — you can’t go wrong!

This post from last week featured another great Forever 21 top and I have one more planned later this week. Shopping here just gets my spring wardrobe off to a fresh start before I’m ready to invest in more expensive pieces.

Erik and I are hooked on a new Netflix series called Bloodline. Think it came out last year but we just finished up season 1. Starts a little slow but stay with it because it gets really good!
