Plaid. Plaid. Plaid. It’s official. I am mad for plaid. Honestly, what says fall more than a classic plaid top? I styled 2 plaid tops for you today that are both budget friendly and closet fall staples.
You may have caught a glimpse of these two tops in my FB live and IG story try on for Red Dress Boutique. I mentioned previously that Red Dress Boutique has some of the best wardrobe essentials that won’t break the bank and are all well made. This top might be one of my favorites because of the tunic length. Love that you can wear this one styled several different ways. Being it’s tunic length you can wear this one with leggings and skinny jeans.
And because of the longer length it looks equally adorable tied up in the front.
This top comes in 4 different color patterns and fits true to size. I’m in a small. And the price? A steal at only $38.
And totally swooning over this plaid top for several reasons. First, anything that ties in the front or has a twist detail is a home run in my fashion book.
Second, how pretty are these colors?! Love the soft pink and blue as an alternative to darker plaid prints. This one would look so cute paired with gray and white denim too.
And I have to mention these boots I scooped up at Express. I have never bought shoes there but these booties caught my eye. I HIGHLY recommend these. Great heel height, love the color and right now they are marked down to under $36 and available in all sizes. I can’t tell you how much I have been wearing these. Never thought for the price they would be comfortable but they are seriously one of my favs! 
Not gonna lie. I have built quite a collection of plaid tops in my closet over the years but these 2 tops definitely rank as 2 of my favorites. Red Dress you never fail me!
