One of the things on my list for 2019 is to start incorporating some more home content onto the blog. I clearly love fashion but I equally love styling our home and I apply the same principals to home as I do fashion — mixing highs and lows. I thought now would be the perfect time to show you our festive holiday home decor with Stage Stores.
As you know from previous posts I love Stage Stores for so many reasons. They have literally everything you could need from fashion, home, beauty, kids wear and the list goes on. Whether you are shopping for an outfit to wear to a holiday party, putting together a dynamite tablescape, looking for entertaining pieces or shopping for your loved ones Stage has everything to get your party started. If you are hosting any holiday parties this year Stage has a quiz that you take here to discover your party personality!
We recently did a mini-makeover to our dining room and thought it was the perfect time to incorporate some new holiday home decor into our “new” room. While I love to buy new holiday home decor I hate to break the bank on those things since you are literally only using these items for 1 month out of the year.
Stage Stores has a huge holiday section on their website making it so easy to filter and search for exactly what I was looking for. Holiday dishes? Wall art? Tree decor? So easy to set your filters to find these things. I have been going with the woodsy animal theme in our home for a few years now so rather than do an entire overhaul I decided to add in some new pieces that would stay with our current holiday home decor theme but also bring in something new.
These glittery deer and trees were just calling my name. I have a deep love for animals so I was naturally drawn to these and that glitter just dazzled them up to give me that industrial glam look that I’ve designed our dining room to have.
I mixed the deer in with these cute white Christmas trees that come in 2 sizes. Decor tip — always buy things in odd numbers. Group items in 3’s, 5’s or 7’s. I opted for 3 and thought they complimented the deer perfectly.
We upgraded our dining room table and got a much longer one than what we previously had. We host huge holidays so it just made sense to have a longer table. I love how all these holiday home decor pieces filled the center of the table just perfectly. Not overpowering and not too little. I also love that I can move these pieces throughout the house if we are entertaining. They looked equally cute on the mantle, buffet table and on top of the china cabinet.
And of course Stage has all you need for your tree trimming. If you follow my Instagram stories then you all know the saga of our groundhog. Well when I saw this “Gertie” ornament it was a must have!
Stage Stores always has what I’m looking for. Whether an outfit for me to host in, a holiday outfit for Summer or new holiday home decor I can always turn to Stage to have a large selection and with affordable pricing. You will have a blast being able to #setyourholidaystage with Stage Stores this holiday season. There’s a sleigh-full of things that I’ve been adding to my Stage cart. So easy to get all my holiday shopping, holiday home decor and party prepping done at one destination.
