Once upon a time there was a maxi skirt that was so good that a particular blogger you all know and love added it to her closet in 6 different prints. Not even kidding. And today’s post is all about the best under $50 maxi skirts hanging in my closet.
SHOP THE POST:
What makes these the best under $50 maxi skirts? Well for one — this skirt can be styled SO many ways. You’ll see me style this with bodysuits, tanks, graphic tees, denim jackets, chambray tops and moto jackets.
Another thing that makes these the best under $50 maxi skirts is how it just flows. The chiffon like material is so light and airy but double lined making it so well made. And of course the prints. SO MANY PRINTS! This is one of the newest prints this season in this skirt. The swallow bird is associated with love, loyalty and peace. Also, swallow bird spirit animals are joyful, decisive and full of hope. Enough said.
Do you need 6 different prints in this skirt? No. But you do need at least one. I promise you’ll fall in love with the easy styling on it. Easy to wear these year round too. Flats and wedges in spring and summer. Booties in fall and winter.

I took a break this week from my blog and IG to take time to read, listen, open my eyes and talk with Summer. I know the world is so unsettled right now and I just want you to know my heart is heavy alongside all of your’s. My heart hurts for anyone who has ever felt indifferent, judged or less equal because of their race, religion or background. The changes need to begin at home. We need to talk to our children. Teach them to spread love and kindness to EVERYONE. Having a husband in law enforcement is tough especially during times like this. I shared my heart in stories yesterday about how it’s especially difficult to be a LEO wive during times like these. All I can say is that those 4 cops are not the face of law enforcement. I am proud of my husband for his bravery. He was on call with riot gear this weekend and that is scary, but that is the reality of the world we live in. My hope and prayer is that one day we can live in a better world. One filled with kindness, love, and respect for each other.
