SO — If you know me well enough then you know planning the perfect party is my jam. Whether it’s Summer’s birthday parties, our annual holiday party or our 4th of July fiesta I always work my tush off to pamper my guests and have a beautiful setup. BUT for once I got to host a party AND put my feet up because Personal Touch Experience took care of everything.
WHO IS PERSONAL TOUCH EXPERIENCE?
Personal Touch Experience is a full service catering and event planning company. Did you know they are the most requested event company in New York City, the Tri-State Area and the Caribbean?! They can make any event magical. Weddings, showers, corporate events, backyard parties. You name it and they will put their “Personal Touch Experience” stamp on the party.
I had missed so many of my girlfriends during the past few months and thought it would be great to host a “moms break out of quarantine” party. In other words, I know we all needed a moms night out after these crazy couple of months!
Personal Touch Experience helped with planning the perfect party. I opted for a Beyond The Basket backyard picnic. A party for 6 of us that was handled with love, thought and care from start to finish.
To start I was put in touch with one of the owners who helped my vision come to life. They helped with the design layout by showing me boards of tables, chairs, pillows, rugs, decor and tablescape setups. The rental pieces were all coordinated with RentQuest NYC. I ultimately decided on a blend of boho chic.
Once I decided on the setup and decor it was time to pick the menu! Planning the perfect party is all about the food and the food did not fall short. The Beyond The Basket menu is all prepared in beautiful boxes that you can refrigerate ahead of time and then serve when your guests arrive. No cooking required! Furthermore, you can choose from brunch, lunch or dinner. You get your choice of appetizer, entree, dessert and drinks.
As far as setup and clean up the process couldn’t have been any easier. Personal Touch Experience will come about 2 hours prior to your party starting and they will set up everything. They will set up the tables, give you the food boxed and ready to go in the fridge and fill the drink cart. I should add that they even used my House of Leo Blog logo on all the water bottles. Talk about attention to detail!
Depending on when your party is over the team will come back later that day to take everything back or the next morning if you are having an evening party.
Not only were my girlfriends wow’ed by the setup but most importantly, all we could talk about for days after was the food! Above all, portions were so generous and every dish and drink was unbelievable. Not even kidding here. Topnotch from top to bottom. Not sure how I will muster the energy to plan Summer’s birthday party in August. I could get used to letting Personal Touch Experience help with planning the perfect party every single time!
