My Christmas trees might be up and I may have gotten a jumpstart on my holiday shopping BUT let’s pause a minute because we can’t skip over the the holiday that reminds us of the importance for being thankful. Thanksgiving. Maybe you are celebrating small this year. Maybe you are celebrating big. Maybe you are celebrating with friends. This year we are excited to celebrate Friendsgiving with ShopRite and I am sharing the PERFECT appetizer for the occasion!

Not only is this the season for celebrating but it’s also the season that tests my kitchen skills. We all know Erik is the head honcho in our kitchen but your girl over here does like to help out when I can. Simple, delicious dishes are my jam and to celebrate Friendsgiving with ShopRite I am creating some delicious pizza boards.

AN EASY APPETIZER EVERYONE WILL LOVE
The perfect appetizer that allows your guests to get creative and take part in the cooking. Win win for me haha! Sure I could roll out the dough to make the pizzas but when I found these ready to go Cauliflower Pizzas by Life Cuisine I had a better idea. I’d put together some boards and each guest could have their own personal pizza.

Life Cuisine brings you delicious dishes for anyone living a low carb, high protein, meatless and/or gluten free dietary lifestyle. Their Cauliflower Crust Three Cheese Pizza is truly one of my favs. I’m a HUGE fan of cauliflower crust and this is one of the best ones I’ve had.

I simply made pizza boards themed with different toppings. Pepperoni of course is always a hit. Just to note that Life Cuisine also makes a pepperoni option but I thought it would look a bit more fun to display the boards with fresh pepperoni.

The other board I used fresh mozzarella, basil, mushrooms and tomatoes and garnished with some fresh olives. Personally, this one was my favorite! Tammy tested and approved.

Each guest can enjoy creating their own pizza. You can also pre-cook sausage, meatballs or cut up other vegetables. The options are endless when you celebrate Friendsgiving with ShopRite.

I couldn’t celebrate Friendsgiving with ShopRite without adding something extra. What goes better with pizza than salad? Bowl & Basket fresh greens and then I kept it very Italian with some red onion, tomatoes and cheese.

DON’T FORGET TO USE YOUR PRICE PLUS CLUB CARD
And because I’m shopping for my Friendsgiving event at ShopRite I’m also earning Price Plus Club Card points towards a free holiday dinner item. Made sense to pick up all my Paperbird paper goods because let’s be honest — those points will get us our free turkey just in time for Thanksgiving. You can learn more about this promotion here.

Ok back to the pizzas. Didn’t want to leave you hanging. Once your toppings are on you put in the oven for 14 minutes and set to 450 degrees.

Can you smell that deliciousness?!

Once they are done you can garnish the plates with some fresh rosemary and cracked pepper because you know presentation is everything my friends.

And that’s it! A fun, interactive, delicious and simple appetizer for Friendsgiving or any holiday you are celebrating this season! For more recent ShopRite favorites see this post. You can keep things simple but still wow your guests. I promise you that Life Cuisine Cauliflower Pizzas will not only become an entertaining favorite but a Pizza Friday favorite for your entire family.
**Thank you to ShopRite for sponsoring today’s post. As always, all statements and opinions are my own.

Tammy, my very dear niece. YUM!!!! And one more reason I wish ShopRite had stores in Florida. It was always my go to store when we lived in NJ. Great selection of products, even greater prices. And the stores were always clean and well stocked shelves. Erik better watch out – he has “competition????” in the kitchen. But maybe not. Loved today’s blog. And love the gorgeous chef. Aunt Jeanie
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. Can you please share your reciepr for the cinammon bread pudding? Thanks
