It’s that time of year again friends! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is kicking off. This is my 6th time covering one of the biggest sales of the year. Hard to believe right? I’ll list key shopping dates below, my suggestions on how to navigate the sale (think I know the ins and outs pretty well by now) and my full 2022 NSALE wishlist broken down by category!
KEY DATES
Just like in years past access to when you can shop the sale is determined by your Nordstrom card level. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Nordstrom card. You can still shop the public sale next week!
- ICONS can shop 7/6 to 7/14
- AMBASSADORS can shop 7/7 to 7/14
- INFLUENCERS can shop 7/9 to 7/14
- EVERYONE can shop the public sale on 7/15 to 7/31
MY TIPS FOR SHOPPING THE NSALE
In the past everyone went crazy to scoop everything up. This sale is on new items for fall. It’s not a clearance sale. My best suggestion is to buy only what you truly need. I too was guilty of overbuying in the past. Now I focus on key pieces that I’ll wear over and over.
I always get a pair of mules, couple pairs of boots and sneakers. I haven’t loved the budget denim the past few years so I will invest in a few pairs of premium denim. Jackets are always a staple when I shop the NSALE. Some of my most worn moto jackets have come from past sales. Finally, I usually grab a few flannel shirts and thermals for layering all fall and winter. Granted you may see lots of items go on sale in the fall but you may not see premium denim and higher end labels marked down the way they are during the NSALE so good time to grab them now!
And as most know, things sell out FAST! Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns so I always suggest buying 2 sizes if you are unsure of what size to order. Returns are super easy to do at Nordstrom.
MY NSALE PLAN OF ATTACK
Even if you can’t shop the sale yet you can start your 2022 NSALE wishlist NOW! This way when the sale starts for you it’ll be easy to place your order. Each product page on the Nordstrom website will have a tab that says “add to wishlist.” Just choose your color, size and click add! I’ll be going in store to shop on Thursday 7/7. I’ll post everything I try on in the LTK app, in my IG stories and I’ll get a blog post up by tomorrow evening. Make sure you are following along for my honest review and sizing info.

Rails has some great prices in this year’s sale. Love #1 in that wash. Will definitely grab a few flannels and thermals from this list as well.

Not gonna lie. I’m kinda really loving the long cardigans here most this year. Have my eye on #5, #3 and really love #2 as well!

SPANX faux leather leggings are a killer price at around $64. And I got #7 and #4 last year and both are some of my most worn leggings!
Gotta say the beauty is bumpin on my 2022 NSALE wishlist! Have everything here except for #5 and ALL are holy grail products in my bathroom! I’ve been using #1 for years and years. THE BEST brightening concealer and eye base for eyeshadow. TRUST ME! #4 is what I use to take my makeup off. Game changer! And my everyday curling iron and straightener are the lowest price I’ve ever seen!
