SOCIAL THREADS X HOUSE OF LEO BLOG FALL COLLECTION

So let’s address the elephant in the room first. I haven’t posted on my blog in almost a year. But I had to make an appearance as the Social Threads x House of Leo Blog fall collection has to live permanently on my blog. Girls this is a dream come true! I got to curate my own collection with a brand I have worked with for so many years and I couldn’t be more proud of it. I handpicked pieces that would all be wearable, casual yet effortless for making all your fall outfits come together. Let’s take a look at this 15 piece collection and recap the 3 days I spent with the Social Threads team in New Hope, PA shooting it. And my code TAMMY15 will work sitewide through 11/7! The 2 owners of ST, my campaign manager and myself all stayed at The Ghost Light Inn in New Hope, PA and all I can say is I highly recommend New Hope especially during Halloween. It was so quaint and all decked out in an eerie artsy way. We took a scenic train ride that included charcuterie and a wine tasting.

When choosing pieces for the Social Threads x House of Leo Blog fall collection I of course wanted to include Risen jeans. They brought back this all time favorite pair of mine. Love the chewed hem. And the vest is the perfect quilted puffer in a gorgeous neutral green.

Closer look at the sweater and hands down one of my favorite pieces in the collection. The softest chunky knit. You’ll see this same piece in 2 more colors.

And again in the yellow color. Also the ST team knew how much I loved this bag that I showed for them back in September so they brought it back for the collection. It’s such a great crossbody bag and the perfect size.

I had met with the ST team way back in March and started choosing items for the Social Threads x House of Leo Blog fall collection shortly after. Crazy right? So much planning went into this. Anyway, the quilted jacket was one of the first pieces I chose for the collection. Literally stopped me in my tracks. So soft, water resistant and a great weight. I also love that the back is longer to cover your tush. My mom always said to wear coats that cover your tush so I know she’ll approve of this one! Always looking for mom’s approval no matter what our age haha!

Closer look at the stretch rib henley I am wearing under the jacket. I got this one in gray a few months ago and I wear it a ton. It’s thick, warm and a great layering piece.

Well considering I have this fleece pullover now in 4 colors, think it’s safe to say it’s a fall favorite. It’s the silkest, softest thing ever.

Everyone is loving the printed sherpas and for good reason. They are cozy, roomy enough to layer and come in 2 adorable prints. And to be honest, I haven’t seen too many yet this season so I wanted to include them. Again, I wanted pieces that I personally love to wear and that were true to what I show, wear and style in daily life. And what is fall without a cozy sherpa?!

If you follow me on IG and FB then you know how much I’m loving burgundy this season. I also wanted to mix in a few pieces that could be dressed up or down. The faux leather vest is the perfect piece for that. Butter soft and I mean butter soft faux leather. So cute styled with heels and the Risen tuxedo jeans for a dressy casual holiday or date night look.

Told ya I wanted some pieces you could dress up or down and this floral top will go from work to weekend. I also think it’ll be perfect for Thanksgiving. And that faux fur vest layered over. I LOVE IT! Silky soft faux fur and will go over tops, sweaters and dresses.

And one more going out top. Don’t ask me to choose a favorite becase both are exquisite in person. Also if you are hosting the holidays you’ll 100% want the loafer slippers. Embellished with jewels and oh so comfy. I wore these to dinner and loved them with outfits. They are far too pretty to just wear with pajamas.

How I love this look! It was important to have classics in the Social Threads x House of Leo blog fall collection that you’d be able to style year after year. The zip up cardigan is timeless and looks so chic layered over flannels and denim shirts. As for the jeans, one of my holy grail pairs that I have in 2 other washes is available in this darker blue. These have tummy control, lift the butt and honestly look and feel designer. SO GOOD!

Shouldn’t come as a surprise that my collection would have sneakers. All I wear are sneakers and clogs. But holy cow are these “sneakerinas” comfy as heck. They feel like slippers or ballet shoes. I walked all day around New Hope in these!

One more classic for ya. Doesn’t get any more classic than a turtleneck. See what I mean? Just wearable pieces that are easy to style but look so on trend.

The red plaid scarf comes in this pretty red and the ivory below. Also that turtleneck, kinda wish we got a close up but let me tell you something – BEST cotton stretch turtleneck ever! You can even wear that fabric with athleisure looks.

And there you have it! Such a fun few days exploring beautiful New Hope, drinking wine, going to amazing dinners and shooting this special collection. Couldn’t have asked for better fall weather. It honestly felt like a movie set there.

What a special opportunity and one I’ll never forget. When I launched House of Leo Blog over 8 years ago I never ever dreamed I’d get to curate my own collection with a big brand. The one thing I have always done since launching was nurture brand relationships. I’ve always said this but I’d rather work with a few brands and build close relationships with them than to work with a ton of brands where there is no personal connection. I’ve been so fortunate to have been working with ST for so many years. I just always felt their brand mission and styles resonated with me and in turn so many of you have grown to love their pieces as much as I do.

This was a ton of work to put together but gosh so worth all of it! I poured so much love into picking the pieces and making sure I had content that would really show how special each piece was. But not only that, I wanted the Social Threads x House of Leo Blog fall collection to be a true refelection of the style I bring you all each and everyday. I couldn’t be more proud of how it came out.
